Choice of Clinic
Yes. You may select between our Mei Ling Clinic (Queenstown) and Punggol Clinic when booking. Both clinics have the same standards of care, so you can choose whichever is more convenient.
Appointments & Scheduling
We completely understand that plans can change. You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting our clinic through a phone call or WhatsApp message. Our team will help you find a new time that fits your schedule easily.
Cost & Payment
Consultations are $22 on weekdays, and $32 after 5.30pm on weekdays and on weekends. There is a flat medication delivery fee of $8 to most locations in Singapore. Please note that delivery to Sentosa incurs an additional fee, and we do not deliver to Tuas or Jurong Island.
Yes, we accept CHAS, Pioneer Generation, and Merdeka Generation subsidies. Just bring your card and NRIC and we’ll handle the rest.
We work with major insurance and corporate panels: Alliance, Doctor Anywhere (DA), Fullerton Health, Integrated Health Plans (IHP), MHC, Parkway Shenton, and WhiteCoat. If you’re not sure, just ask us before your visit, and we'll check for you.
You can use MediSave for certain conditions and treatments. Our staff will advise you so you can plan your payments easily.
