Frequently asked questions

Suitability

Being healthy now doesn’t mean you’re fully protected from infections. Vaccinations prepare your immune system to recognise and fight diseases before they can make you ill. Some viruses and bacteria spread easily in the community — even from people who don’t look unwell — so keeping your vaccinations up to date helps reduce your risk. It also protects those around you who may be more vulnerable, such as young children, older adults, or those with weaker immune systems.

Our doctor will have a brief chat with you to understand your health background, travel plans, and work environment. Based on that, we’ll recommend what is relevant.

It’s never too late to catch up on your vaccinations. We’ll review your medical and vaccination history, then plan a schedule that gradually brings you up to date. Even if there’s been a long gap, most vaccines can still be given safely and effectively.

Safety & Side Effects

Yes. All vaccines used in our clinic are approved by Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and follow strict international safety standards. Mild effects like slight soreness or tiredness are common and go away in a day or two.

That’s completely understandable. Before any injection, our doctor will explain potential side effects so you know what to expect. If you have allergies or a medical condition, we’ll review it carefully to keep you safe and comfortable.

Patient Comfort

Of course. Most people are a bit nervous. Our clinic team is patient and gentle, and we’ll guide you through the process calmly. It’s usually over before you realise it.

Appointments & Scheduling

From registration to injection, most visits take about 5 to 15 minutes. You can even get it done during lunch break or right after work.

Yes, we do. We know that you're busy. That's why we've extended our hours to include evenings and weekends.

Yes, it covers both the doctor’s consultation and the vaccine. No extra “admin” or hidden fees; the amount we quote is what you pay.

Cost & Payment

Many vaccinations are subsidised under CHAS, Pioneer Generation, and Merdeka Generation schemes, and some can also be claimed using MediSave, depending on your age, medical history, and the type of vaccine. Our clinic team can help you check your eligibility and explain what’s covered. For subsidy details, please check out the pricing card above.

No, you can still get vaccinated anytime. If you’re eligible, we can enrol you easily during your visit so you enjoy the full subsidies.
