- Love, Joy, and Peace packages can be done at home. Check out home-based health screening.
Where your tests are conducted
- Most tests are performed at our clinic.
- **For Plus packages (Love/Joy/Peace Plus), imaging tests (Chest X-ray, Ultrasound, Cardiac scans) are conducted at our radiology partner's branches at One North or Orchard—we'll arrange everything for you.
Personalise your package
- After your complimentary pre-screening consultation, your GP may recommend adjusting tests to suit your needs and avoid duplicates.
Using Medisave
- Imaging tests are Medisave-claimable up to $300/year at our radiology partners. Let us know during booking if you'd like to use it.
MOH-recommended cancer screening
- Based on Health Promotion Board guidelines, we include mammogram, Pap smear/HPV test, faecal occult blood test, and liver ultrasound (for Hepatitis B/C carriers). Routine tumour marker tests are not recommended for general screening.

Step 2: Your screening appointment
- Our doctor will go through your health history, lifestyle, and anything you've been wondering about—helping you decide what makes sense for your situation and avoid unnecessary tests.
- Blood tests and any other included tests will be performed.
- Fasting reminder: Some tests (like Fasting Glucose) need 6–8 hours without food. We'll let you know when you book and send a reminder the day before.
Step 3: Get results fast
- Most results within 1-2 working days, delivered via encrypted, password-protected email.
- Our doctor will review with you and walk you through what it means during a teleconsultation — no medical jargon, just clear explanations. This post-screening consultation is complimentary and strongly encouraged.

About Health Screening
Our team can recommend a package based on your age, health goals, and concerns. You can also decide during your pre-screening GP consultation. We'll review your recent tests to avoid duplicates and recommend only what's relevant—the right tests matter more than doing more tests.
It’s great that you’re feeling well, but some health conditions develop quietly without showing any symptoms. Regular screening helps to detect issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol changes before they cause symptoms.
Fasting is NOT a requirement for most tests in the health screening, except for Fasting Glucose for diabetes, which requires at least 6 hours of fasting. All our packages employ the non-fasting HbA1c test for diabetes if you do not wish to fast. If unsure, you may come fasted for at least 6 hours for the health screening.
Yes, they are medically proven to be accurate for routine health screening. - Blood sugar: We use the HbA1c test, which measures average blood glucose over the last 2-3 months. Since it tracks long-term control, it is not affected by recent meals and is as reliable as fasting tests for diabetes screening. - Cholesterol: Current medical evidence indicates no clinically significant difference between fasting and non-fasting results.Non-fasting lipid tests are now widely accepted and commonly used for routine health screening. Your doctor will advise if fasting is required in specific situations or for certain tests.
Yes, a physical examination is included in the following packages: Love Plus, Joy Plus, and Peace Plus.
Yes, it is possible to add additional health checks and tests, such as an abdominal ultrasound scan or blood tests for Vitamin D and B12 levels. Please request your preferred add-ons when you attend your health screening appointment.

Completely confidential. Your results are shared only with your doctor and you. We store them securely and respect your privacy at every step.
Results & Next Steps
Most results are ready within 1 to 2 working days. Once ready, we’ll invite you for a teleconsultation or in-person consultation and send them securely to you via email. Our doctor will explain what each result means and what to do next, so you leave with full clarity.
After your results are reviewed, the doctor will explain any findings and suggest if anything needs further observation. If all is well, you simply repeat your screening the following year to stay on track.

The package price shown is the final price. The health screening packages come with complimentary pre- and post-screening doctor reviews.
