Same protection. Fewer injections.
We offer combination vaccines that protect against multiple diseases in a single injection. This makes the experience gentler for your child while maintaining the same high level of protection.

5-in-1 vaccine
- Covers:
- Diphtheria
- Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
- Tetanus (DPT)

6-in-1 vaccine

- All of the 5-in-1 vaccine
- Plus Hepatitis B
- Given at 2 and 6 months of age.
- Both 6-in-1 and 5-in-1 vaccines are required.

- Measles
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
- Combines the standard MMR with Chickenpox protection in a single injection.
Additional protection beyond the basics
The NCIS covers essential vaccinations that every Singaporean child receives. Some families choose additional vaccines based on their child's preschool requirements, family travel plans, or simply wanting an extra layer of protection.

Influenza (Flu shot)
- Helps prevent seasonal flu, which can be disruptive for young children and families.
- When it's given: Annually, typically before flu season starts.
- Recommended for infants above 6 months old.

Rotavirus
- Protects infants from severe diarrhoea and dehydration.
- When it's given: Early infancy, typically 2-6 months.

Varicella (Chickenpox)
- Prevents chickenpox and the school absences that come with it. Often required by preschools.
- When it's given: At 12 and 15 months

Travel vaccinations
- For families visiting specific regions where certain diseases are more common.
- Examples: Hepatitis A, Typhoid—recommended based on your travel destination.

Frequently asked questions
Vaccine Information & Safety
Yes, they are. We use the same brands that are approved by the Ministry of Health and listed under the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule. The difference is mainly in convenience—you get flexible appointments, shorter waiting time, and the same protection.
No, that’s a common myth. Vaccines are carefully scheduled so your child develops protection safely. The immune system can handle many antigens at once; in fact, it is exposed to far more germs daily through normal play and eating. Vaccines simply prepare the body in a controlled, safe way.
Mild fever, slight redness, or fussiness may happen after an injection. These usually clear up within a day or two. Serious reactions are very rare. Every vaccine we use is medically approved and safe for children. If you’re unsure, our doctor will explain what to expect so you feel reassured before proceeding.
We often use combination vaccines (5-in-1 and 6-in-1 vaccines) that protect against multiple diseases in one shot. This means fewer injections overall and less stress for both you and your child.
Appointments & Scheduling
Don’t panic. There’s no need to restart from the beginning. Our doctor will help plan a catch-up schedule so your child stays protected and up to date without extra hassle.
Cost & Payment
For Singapore Citizens, all NCIS vaccines are fully subsidised ($0).
Singaporean children receive full subsidies for the seven childhood developmental screening (CDS) milestones at all CHAS-accredited GP clinics. Each child is eligible for one fully subsidised visit per milestone within the specified age ranges. You will not have to pay for these visits unless you opt for additional services or medications.
Yes, we are a Baby Bonus Approved Institution. This means you can use your child's Childhood Development Account (CDA) or Baby Bonus cash gift to pay for approved immunisations.
Care Experience
That’s very common. Our doctors are trained to work gently with children. We use techniques that keep them calm and distracted. Most of the time, the injection is over before your child even realises it.
Most consultations last between 5-20 minutes, depending on your concerns. But here's the thing: we don't cut you off when the timer hits. Your doctor stays until your questions are answered and you feel clear about what's next.
Convenience & Aftercare
We send reminders by text before every appointment. You can also view your child’s vaccination record on HealthHub, and our team automatically updates the National Immunisation Registry for you.
Yes, your child's record is automatically updated in NIR and HealthHub.
